This video is for players of all ages and levels, coaches, tennis pros, personal trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, and exercise group leaders. The format, which advances from Basic to Intermediate to Advanced, allows for safe, sound progression, improvement, performance enhancement and injury prevention.

The equipment requirements are minimal; stretch cords and free weights would suffice; medicine balls, powerballs and some balance devices (bought or homemade) provide even more variety.

Includes: Warm-up, Strength Training for the Core, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Flexibility.

Programs are available for: Core, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced, and, in the Junior and College Programs, Functional Strength Training is combined with Speed and Agility Training (from the Speed, Agility & Footwork video). Custom programs are also available via email to Rose Bonomo.
